1. Acceptance
By using this website or engaging Webithon for services, you agree to these terms.
2. Services Description
Webithon provides UI/UX design, full-stack web development, AI/ML development, IoT, 3D modelling, graphic design, and courses/webinars, scoped per engagement.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide timely feedback, accurate information, and necessary access for project delivery.
4. Intellectual Property
Ownership of deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in a signed statement of work.
5. Payment Terms
Payment schedules, milestones, and late-payment terms are defined in individual statements of work per engagement.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information shared during an engagement private, except as required by law.
7. Warranties & Disclaimers
Services are provided on an "as is" basis beyond what is explicitly warranted in a signed agreement.
8. Limitation of Liability
Webithon's liability is limited to fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to a claim.
9. Indemnification
Each party agrees to indemnify the other against claims arising from its own breach of these terms.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement per the notice terms specified in the relevant agreement.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Tamil Nadu.
12. Dispute Resolution
Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation before formal proceedings.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
